- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships
- Lost or Delayed Orders: Contact us within 30 days of your order date if your package does not arrive or is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe. We'll assist with investigating the issue and arranging a replacement or refund where applicable
